The beautiful Leaning Tower of Pisa, located in where else - Pisa, Italy. It opened in 1372! It is 183-185 feet tall and by 1990 had a tilt of 5.5 degrees. After it was stabilized between 1993-2001, the tilt is now 3.97 degrees.
The absolutely amazing Colosseum, Rome, Italy. Visit and experience this amazing structure, built starting in AD 72 and completed in AD 80. Seating for 50,000. Upwards of 10,000 animals were killed in a single day, not to mention numerous gladiators. This continued until the 5th century. Since then, earthquakes and general neglect have left it as we see it today.

A beautiful sunny day in Heidelberg Germany. Located about 78 km (48 mi) south of Frankfurt, Heidelberg is the fifth-largest city in Baden-Württemberg. Heidelberg is part of the densely populated Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region.
A stormy day at Kinderdijk, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The Netherlands has many windmills to ensured water was drained and the land was not flooded. This was required because the Netherlands is 26% below sea level. This is just one of the 19 windmills remaining in Kinderdjik. This area has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. These days, hydrogeneration is used, but windmills turn occasionally - mostly for tourist enjoyment.

Dunguaire Castle, Galway, Ireland
A beautiful castle in Galway Ireland, built in 1520. It is in County Calway, near Kinvara. We were fortunate to have had dinner with the owner that night. Well taken care of and beautifully old.
Kiss the Blarney Stone! Cork, Ireland
The Blarney Castle, which has been home for the famous Stone since it was laid there in 1446. Actually kissing the stone is a feat in itself - requiring one to lean over backwards in a very unusual and awkward position. Millions of people have done it!
On a stormy day. Located in County Clare, Ireland. This, obviously, is only one small section of it's nine mile (14 km) length, and is near O'Brien's Tower, the tallest point.
